1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Parent", "User", or "You") and the creators and operators of I am Special ("We", "Us", or "Our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App, and should uninstall it immediately.

2. Description of the Service

I am Special is an interactive educational and entertainment application providing coloring, freehand drawing, memory games, shape and object matching puzzles, animated educational videos regarding good manners, empathy, and healthy life habits.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and access the App on compatible personal devices solely for your and your family's personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the characters, artwork, or codebase.
• Distribute, lease, rent, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its media assets.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent parental control gates or security features within the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, illustrations, character designs (including all island artwork, boats, character avatars, coloring sketches), sound effects, musical scores, animations, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of I am Special and its licensors.

User-created drawings or colored pages produced inside the App remain the creative output of the child, saved locally on your device for personal, domestic enjoyment.

5. Store Platform Terms (Google Play & Apple App Store)

Your download and license are also subject to the standard Terms of Service of the respective application store from which you acquired the App:

• Google Play Store: Terms of Service governed by Google LLC.
• Apple App Store: Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms governed by Apple Inc.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the store's minimum mandatory terms, the store's terms shall govern to the extent of such conflict.

6. User Data & Deletion Rights

We are committed to user autonomy. You may at any time delete any locally saved game data, profiles, and creations directly through the App settings or by visiting our Account & Data Deletion Page.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular educational purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to provide an uninterrupted and bug-free experience, we do not warrant that the App will always function error-free or that any defects will be immediately corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall I am Special, its developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
