3. Information Handled Locally On-Device

To provide an interactive and responsive experience, certain non-personal operational data is saved locally on the user's device:

• Coloring & Drawing Canvases: Artwork and drawings created by the child are stored exclusively in the application's isolated local device storage.
• Game Progress & Achievements: Unlocked islands, high scores, memory matching stars, and level completions are saved on the device.
• App Preferences: Sound effect volume, music toggles, and display language preferences.

This local data never leaves the player's device unless the parent chooses to use standard operating system cloud backups (such as Google Drive or Apple iCloud device backups managed directly by the parent).

4. Third-Party Services and Analytics

In full accordance with Google Play's Families Policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements:

• No Behavioral Ads: We do not show interest-based, targeted, or behavioral advertisements.
• Crash & Performance Diagnostics: We may use privacy-compliant, self-certified SDKs (such as Google Firebase Crashlytics) strictly to detect app crashes and performance anomalies. Any diagnostic telemetry gathered is strictly aggregated, anonymized, and devoid of personal identifiers.
• Parental Gate: Any external links (such as store rating or contacting support) are placed behind an age verification gate (e.g., adult arithmetic challenge) to prevent accidental clicks by young children.

We strictly follow the requirements of COPPA (USA) and the General Data Protection Regulation concerning children (GDPR-K in the European Union and UK).

We do not condition a child's participation in any game or activity on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary.
